As a professional I was granted access to the Afriforte Products Lab to participate in the management of some of the projects registered in my company/business unit, print reports and contact staff. I might also have access to any of the Afriforte Products available through the Afriforte Products Lab for manual or electronic administration or demonstration purposes.

I understand that all the information I access from the Afriforte Products Lab (company information and results, and personal information and results) and/or any product offered in the Afriforte Products Lab that offer personal feedback reports are private and confidential. I declare that I will not publicise any of the information or discuss any of the content with a third party and that I will not use any of the information in any format for personal or other gain.

In addition, I understand that any of the Products and their content that I will have access to will stay the property of Afriforte (Pty) Ltd. and I understand that the copyright of these products and their content will stay the property of Afriforte (Pty) Ltd. I shall under no circumstances distribute, copy or provide by any means any of the products or their content that I have access to through the Afriforte Products Lab to an external party without the prior written consent from the CEO of Afriforte (Pty) Ltd.

I further understand that as a professional I am responsible to uphold professional requirements and the Law at all times and Afriforte (Pty) Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any professional and/or legal oversights during my professional conduct with any party (e.g., organisations, individuals, and/or other professionals).

I understand that Afriforte (Pty) Ltd. has the exclusive right to grant or revoke my accreditation to any of their products and their content as Afriforte (Pty) Ltd. deems fit. I understand that by breaching these terms and conditions my access to the Afriforte Products Lab will be revoked and legal and statutory action could be taken against me.
